These Text Messaging Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Service Scale LLC (“Service Scale,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) SMS/MMS text messaging program (the “Program”). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these Terms. These Terms comply with U.S. laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles & Best Practices, and A2P 10DLC requirements.

1. Program Description We send SMS/MMS messages related to your relationship with us in this mixed-use program:
Informational/transactional (e.g., appointment confirmations/reminders, support, onboarding, account/billing notices).
Promotional/marketing (e.g., offers, product updates — only if you separately consent).
Messages are sent only between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in your local time zone. We limit volume to avoid fatigue and comply with guidelines. All messages identify us clearly (e.g., starting with “Service Scale:”).
2. Consent to Receive Messages (Opt-In) Consent is obtained via web form checkbox(es) on our site. For mixed-use, promotional/marketing consent is always separate and optional from informational/transactional. This provides your express written consent under TCPA for selected types.
You confirm:
You are the subscriber/authorized user of the number.
You agree to recurring SMS/MMS from us for the types selected.
Consent is not required for purchase. We strongly recommend/implement double opt-in: After form submission, we send a confirmation text — reply “YES” (or similar) to finalize.
3. Message Frequency Varies by interactions and selected types. Approximately 6–10 messages/month (may be less/more; we keep it reasonable).
4. Message and Data Rates Carrier message/data rates may apply. Carriers not liable for delays/undelivered messages.
5. Opting Out (Revocation of Consent) Revoke anytime for all or specific types. Reply STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or similar clear words to any message. Or contact us via email/phone.
We process within 10 business days (per TCPA 2025 rules) and send one-time confirmation (informational only). After, opted-out types stop unless you re-opt in. This applies to this Program; broader cross-channel rules may evolve by April 2026.

7. Privacy and Data Use We use your number/messaging data only for Program delivery, support, and account management. Shared only with trusted providers (e.g., Twilio/carriers) for delivery — bound to use it solely for us and comply with laws (no independent marketing/sale).
